10/24/23 – Exciting News – Reduced Wait Times at HVI

Dear Valued Patients of Healthy Vision Institute,

We are thrilled to announce a significant improvement aimed at reducing wait times by up to 1 hour.

Starting immediately, we kindly request that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment or 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. If you arrive outside this 30-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate you, but you may need to wait until your scheduled appointment time or the next available slot.

This change ensures fairness to all our patients and has the potential to significantly reduce wait times by over an hour for all patients.

We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to enhance your experience during visits to HVI.
